Director Women's and Children's

Director of Womens & Childrens Services overseeing Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, NICU, and Pediatrics in Southern California. Accountable for ~2,500 annual deliveries and leadership of ~180 FTEs across 3 department managers. Responsibilities include clinical and operational oversight, leadership development, staffing strategy, interdisciplinary collaboration, quality outcomes, patient experience, regulatory readiness, fiscal stewardship, budget management, productivity oversight, and workforce planning. Drives a culture of accountability, compassion, collaboration, and clinical excellence in a fast-paced, high-acuity setting. Compensation package includes annual management bonus, relocation, and sign-on bonus.
