Job Summary
Directs operations of inpatient Labor and Delivery units at the First Hill campus, collaborating with executive leadership to transform care delivery and deliver a seamless, patient-centered experience. Develops innovative care models to improve quality outcomes and coordinate care across the continuum, while leading organizational change, managing teams, and driving process improvements in a unionized healthcare environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Master's Degree in Nursing or MHA or MBA
- Washington Registered Nurse License (upon hire)
- Certification in Nursing Leadership within 2 years of hire
- 5 years progressive management experience in healthcare (preferably with clinical service area)
- Experience leading teams, group facilitation, process improvement, and managing projects
- Experience working in a unionized environment
