Director ,Women and Children's Services

Interim Director of Women & Children's Services at a 100+ bed hospital in Kansas. Coordinates and directs patient care across the Women & Children's services line to include OB, Peds, NICU, Labor & Delivery. Responsibilities include leading clinical operations, driving improvements in patient and staff satisfaction, and ensuring high-quality care with a focus on maternal/child health. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s preferred), KS RN or Compact RN license, and 5+ years of leadership in Women and Children’s Services; BLS/ACLS/PALS and NRP are preferred. EMR (EPIC) and Microsoft Office skills are preferred. Expenses for housing, airfare, and rental car are covered during assignment.
