Job Summary
Directs strategic warehousing, receiving, storing, and shipping of spare parts, installation materials, and project return goods, ensuring safety, accuracy, scalability, and cost control. Oversees installation tools/equipment, trade show assets, and facility management storage; leads capacity planning, layout design, and space optimization. Drives SOPs, performance KPIs (service levels, inventory accuracy, asset utilization, productivity), and continuous improvement initiatives; manages operating budgets and CapEx for equipment, systems, and infrastructure. Develops and coaches warehouse managers and supervisory staff, fostering a safety-first, performance-driven culture. Collaborates across Global Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Installations, Service, Safety, and Marketing to align warehousing strategy with business goals; ensures compliance with safety regulations and internal controls.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field
- 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in warehousing or logistics
- Proven experience managing complex warehouse operations supporting installation projects, service parts, and specialized assets
- Strong leadership, analytical, and cross-functional communication skills
