Job Summary
The Director of the Global Warehousing Center of Excellence (CoE) at Solventum leads a high-impact team responsible for defining global warehousing standards, driving innovation and continuous improvement in a predominantly outsourced logistics network. This strategic leadership role requires extensive experience in warehousing, logistics, and supply chain operations, with a focus on developing KPIs, governance frameworks, and fostering a culture of quality and compliance. The ideal candidate will possess deep warehousing expertise, strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, and excellent stakeholder management skills, while also nurturing a high-performing team and ensuring best-in-class solutions are delivered across various logistics partners.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field
- 12+ years of progressive experience in warehousing management, logistics, or supply chain operations
- Proven track record in change management, leading global warehousing programs and managing outsourced providers
- Strong understanding of OSHA regulations, GDP and experience managing Dangerous Goods and Medical devices
- Experience with Business Transformation in similar strategic functions
- Strong leadership and team development capabilities
- Deep knowledge of warehousing technologies, automation, analytics, and best practices in outsourced/3PL environments
Desired Qualifications
- MBA or equivalent preferred
- Demonstrated Lean / Six Sigma expertise
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
