Job Summary
Director, Retail Visual Merchandising – Footwear NA leads development and execution of visual merchandising strategies across multiple store formats and concepts. Translate brand vision, seasonal priorities, and product launches into clear, scalable merchandising directives. Oversee development and communication of visual merchandising plans aligned to marketing cadence, product flow, and fixture standards. Partner cross-functionally to support store openings, remodels, capital projects, and key brand initiatives. Influence fixture, signage, and in-store presentation strategies that enhance storytelling and drive sell-through. Lead development of vendor-supported campaigns and customer-facing merchandising experiences. Ensure merchandising directives are clear, concise, and executable across store teams and field organizations. Translate merchandising insights into actionable recommendations that improve presentation and productivity. Travel up to 25%.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 7+ years of experience in retail visual merchandising or related field
- Deep understanding of visual merchandising, retail operations, and customer experience strategy
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat), Keynote, and SketchUp
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 tools including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams
- Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Strong project management and organizational capabilities
- Ability to travel up to 25%
