Director to oversee profit and loss as the prime contractor with subcontractors, manage contract administration, supervise customer-site and company-site personnel in a Texas-based operation, develop and implement plans for successful field operations, ensure contract performance and client satisfaction, enforce corporate policies and compliant procedures, interpret Statements of Work and Performance Work Statements, oversee subcontractors and staff, drive new business with a $1M annual goal, and handle related governance documents and agreements. PMP certification is desired. The role requires a Master’s degree, U.S. citizenship or the ability to obtain citizenship, and the ability to pass a government background investigation.
