Job Summary
Director-level leadership for Visa Consulting and Analytics in the North America region, overseeing delivery of strategic initiatives and client-facing engagements with US financial institutions and issuers. Lead project work, coordinate timelines, resources, and SMEs; develop frameworks, approaches, and actionable insights to grow client portfolios and improve profitability; collaborate across marketing, implementation services, risk, data science, and other teams to leverage Visa resources; produce analyses and recommendations to drive client performance and ROI; support sales activities through preparation of presentations and statements of work; manage relationships with internal and external clients and juggle multiple high-impact tasks in a hybrid in-office setting.
Required Qualifications
- 10 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 8 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters/ MBA/JD/MD) or at least 3 years of work experience with a PhD
- Strong Analytical/Quantitative Background
- Experience working with financial indicators to measure business performance
- Significant focus on impacting ROI
- Excellent communication, storytelling and presentation skills
- Team player
- Technology mindset, curious, up-to-date with digital trends and applications
- Incumbents applying for the role should be self-motivated, highly energized, detail-oriented individuals who will deliver strategic thought leadership, problem diagnostics and high impact solutions to clients
- Candidates must be able to develop enduring, strategic relationships with internal and external clients and across the Visa organization
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks, demonstrated experience supporting sales, and understanding of the debit/credit payments space and nuances within the Nationals client segment
