Job Summary
Director to sell Visa Consulting & Analytics engagements and lead delivery of projects for North American clients, focusing on strategic growth, profitability analysis, and customer lifecycle optimization. Responsibilities include managing a sales pipeline targeting a $5M annual revenue, building client relationships, leading initiatives across cross-functional teams, and developing scalable consulting frameworks and toolkits. The role requires hybrid work with at least some in-office days, travel about 25% of the time, and strong expertise in payments, fintech, and data analytics. Travel and core-business hours expectations are defined by the hiring manager.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher; at least 10 years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 8 years with an Advanced Degree (e.g. MBA/JD/MD) or at least 3 years with a PhD
- 5+ years of relevant experience at a large management consulting firm or equivalent
- U.S. travel of 25% and core business-hours availability
- Hybrid work arrangement with days in office as determined by Hiring Manager
- Strong knowledge of payments dynamics, banking operations, and fintech business models
- Excellent communication, storytelling and presentation skills
- Experience managing consulting teams or individuals
- Ability to sell consulting engagements and manage a sales pipeline to meet revenue targets
- Experience delivering strategic insights, analytics, and client-focused solutions
