Job Summary
Director, FSQA Value Stream leads the Global Value Stream for Food Safety and Quality within HelloFresh's supply chain, shaping strategy and execution to standardize, improve, and scale FSQA operations worldwide. Leads a high-performing department, defines strategic direction and governance for process and technology standards, partners with Operations, Product, Engineering, and others to align priorities and investments, serves as final decision authority on process deviations, drives continuous improvement and waste elimination, and delivers step changes in cost, quality, safety, and customer experience. Responsibilities include building an internal consultancy within the function, delivering rigorous support to regional operations, quality teams, and technology partners, and shaping global FSQA capabilities and transformation programs.
Required Qualifications
- 12–15+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, operations, or manufacturing with significant senior leadership experience
- Demonstrated success leading multi-functional teams across multiple geographies with full accountability for operational outcomes
- Deep expertise across multiple supply chain functional domains enabling credible leadership across the full Value Stream portfolio
- Experience in large-scale food environments
- Strong commercial acumen and experience delivering measurable business impact
- Extensive experience with global process standardization, operational technology ecosystems (WMS/WES/WCS/automation), and large-scale transformation programs
- Track record of developing senior talent and building high-performance organizations
- Experience operating as a senior stakeholder in cross-functional governance and product/technology lifecycle processes
- Ability to travel up to 25%
