Job Summary
Directs the Value Realization Office to define, track, and realize value across CSL Behring's I&T portfolio, partnering with I&T leadership, Finance, and sponsors to embed financial rigor in investment decisions and maximize ROI. Drives value realization through strategic investment framing, multi-year forecasting, dashboards, and governance, ensuring value commitments are delivered across initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Finance, MIS or Business Economics and Analytics
- 10+ years experience evaluating investments, understanding value drivers and measuring their impact on the organization
- 5+ years experience in Portfolio Management or PMO in a global environment preferred
- Experience working with enabling functions including Finance and Strategy
- Pharma/Biotech or similarly regulated environment experience desirable
- Demonstrated ability to influence at all organizational levels through clear, concise verbal and written communication
- Ability to oversee a high performing and cohesive team of employees and contractors
- Adaptable to handle a fast-paced working environment
- Exceptional listener and collaborator
- Ability to work across a range of countries and cultures
