Job Summary
Director, Value Engineering, EMEA leads VE strategy and execution across the region while owning the global ValueIQ self-service platform. The role combines regional leadership with platform ownership: define the EMEA VE motion, set the roadmap, drive adoption, build modules and benchmarks, and quantify customer value to influence deals and renewals. You will partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing to drive measurable business outcomes for large customers; run strategic deals; enable AEs, CSMs, SEs, and partners; and elevate the field with reusable assets, industry narratives, business-case templates, ROI models, and reference materials. You will brief executive leaders (CRO, CPO, CEO) and translate field insights into product and leadership strategy, while establishing a scalable framework for post-sale value realization and asset creation.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years in Value Engineering, business consulting, or strategic enterprise sales, with at least 5 years in a B2B SaaS context
- Track record of quantified, customer-validated business cases at CFO/CIO level
- Experience building value engineering assets, frameworks, programs, or platforms from scratch
- Self-direction and pipeline-driven work style
- Executive presence with ability to influence at CFO/CIO level
- Strong financial and analytical acumen (ROI models, TCO analysis)
- Proven problem-solving with data-backed numbers
- Open to building platform-level assets and reusable templates
- Willingness to own the global ValueIQ platform and regional VE motion
- Ability to engage cross-functionally (Sales, CS, Product, Marketing)
- Strong communication and storytelling skills for executive audiences
- Experience in driving value realization post-sale
- Ability to coach and enable field teams in value-led conversations
