Job Summary
Director to lead NeueHealth’s value-based care program strategy and operations, overseeing program evaluation, model applications, RFAs, market analyses, and regulatory updates. Serve as a subject matter expert on CMS alternative payment models and population health management; develop executive-level presentations and communications; drive participation in CMS/CMMI innovation models; manage MSSP/LEAD/AHEAD portfolios; coordinate cross-functional teams across clinical, actuarial, finance, operations, analytics, compliance, and legal to ensure successful program execution; supervise team members and partner with the VP on strategic initiatives. prerequisites include a Bachelor’s degree (MBA/MHA/MPP preferred) and 7+ years in health care consulting or policy, with CMS model experience and remote-team leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, business, public health, healthcare administration, or related field is required
- MBA, MHA, or MPP is preferred
- 7+ years of professional experience in health care consulting, policy, value-based care program management, or internal strategy
- Prior experience with CMS models such as MSSP or ACO REACH
- Experience managing teams in a remote environment
