Job Summary
Lead development and execution of access strategies for oncology diagnostics and computational pathology solutions, translating clinical and economic value into coding, coverage, and reimbursement outcomes. Shape payer engagement to secure medical policy coverage and payment levels across commercial, private, and government payers while anticipating access risks. Embed access requirements into innovation, launch planning, and portfolio strategy, serving as the Value & Access voice in go-to-market decisions across the Danaher Oncology portfolio. Influence cross-functional teams in Product Development, Medical, Scientific Affairs, and Regulatory to ensure alignment of global access strategies across U.S., Europe, Asia, and LATAM. This role reports to the Vice President, Value & Access, Diagnostics, within the Chief Innovation Office, offering fully remote or office-based flexibility.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 10+ years of experience in Access, reimbursement, payer engagement, HEOR, or related roles in diagnostics, medical devices, or oncology
- Experience in oncology, including precision medicine, biomarkers, or computational pathology / AI-enabled diagnostics
- Experience supporting or contributing to global Access strategies across multiple geographies
- Proven ability to operate in a matrixed, cross-functional environment and influence senior stakeholders
- Domestic and international travel
- Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MPH, PhD, PharmD)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting diagnostics product launches
- Exposure to evidence generation and health economic concepts
- Familiarity with data-driven performance management and continuous improvement frameworks
