Job Summary

Assist in the production and review of appraisal and consulting assignments across multiple markets while managing client relationships throughout the engagement, due diligence, report delivery, and revision requests lifecycle. Coordinate the procurement of due diligence materials, conduct property inspections, market research, and competitive analyses, and train, mentor, and review the work of team members. Provide guidance to staff appraisers and research analysts, contribute to proprietary valuation software enhancements, and develop client relationships to support business growth nationwide. Attendance is generally required from 8:30 am – 5:30 pm local time, Tuesday through Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • 5+ years of commercial and/or multifamily real estate appraisal experience
  • Active Certified General Appraiser license in good standing
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Working knowledge of commercial real estate data platforms such as CoStar, REIS, RealPage, Yardi, ESRI, or similar tools
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modeling or commercial real estate underwriting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills
  • High attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate work
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a team environment
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to show ownership of your work, take on challenges and acknowledge growth opportunities, and demonstrate patience when learning new processes
  • Courtesy, respect, and thoughtfulness in teaming with colleagues and other stakeholders
  • Attendance from 8:30 am – 5:30 pm local time, Tuesday through Thursday
  • Option to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays

Desired Qualifications

  • Master's degree
  • Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • Previous experience leading team members or supporting business development and client relationships
  • MAI designation or significant progress toward obtaining the designation
