Job Summary
Lead end-to-end UX/UI design for enterprise-scale SaaS platforms; define AI-enabled UX strategy (GenAI, ML-driven personalization, automation); translate business and technical requirements into intuitive, user-centered experiences; drive data-rich and AI-powered interfaces (insights dashboards, automation flows); partner with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and GTM leaders to align on roadmap and priorities; build and lead a global UX team; establish design standards, systems, and governance to scale consistency and efficiency; measure UX KPIs and tie improvements to business outcomes (adoption, engagement, conversion, retention, productivity).
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years in UX/UI design
- 5+ years in leadership roles
- experience leading digital transformation initiatives in SaaS or platform environments
- strong exposure to AI/ML-enabled products or data-driven design
- experience scaling UX across global, multi-product ecosystems
- deep expertise in design systems, interaction design, and user research
- strong executive communication and stakeholder influence skills
