Job Summary
Articulate a design vision and evaluate alternate design approaches for the Forma Design portfolio while collaborating cross-functionally with product management, engineering, and other disciplines to ensure frictionless development. Lead a team of user experience professionals through coaching, mentorship, and career stewardship, harnessing data and insights to drive priorities for personalization and agentic experiences. Manage stakeholders, risk, and uncertainty on sizeable cross-organizational projects, advocating for the team and fostering a collaborative mindset across local and global efforts. Requires 10+ years of UX experience with 5+ years in global people management. 25% minimum travel to Oslo, Norway.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience across a variety of UX disciplines
- 5+ years of global people management experience
- Design thinking skills
- Ability to influence, partner cross-functionally and champion design direction that aligns with strategic goals
- Previous creation and delivery of UX team strategies that directly impact product or platform deliverables and delight customers
- 25% minimum travel to Oslo, Norway
