Directs and profitably manages underwriting and call center operations to meet carrier standards and service objectives across commercial and personal lines; leads underwriting and servicing teams, fosters a high-performance culture, ensures adherence to underwriting guidelines, achieves favorable P&L outcomes, and partners with HR to hire/train a high-performance service center, with full remote work capability and regional licensing considerations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 10+ years of experience leading insurance service operations
- 2-20 and 4-40 licenses or ability to obtain
- CPCU, AU, CIC and/or CPIA designations preferred
