Job Summary
Director, TV, Video, Audio & Display at Tinuiti leads a portfolio of clients as the senior owner of the relationship and growth agenda across TVAD (CTV/OTT, online video, digital audio/podcasts, programmatic display). Responsibilities include onboarding, transitions, escalations, and expansions; aligning TVAD plans to business goals; coordinating with internal teams to connect TVAD with Search, Social, Commerce/Retail Media, CRM, and Creative; embedding Bliss Point insights into planning and allocation; forecasting impact and risk; and maintaining financial health of the book (margin, utilization, forecast accuracy) in partnership with Client Lead/Finance/Analytics. The role emphasizes data/measurement-driven decision making, governance, and leadership of a high-performing team, with a focus on growth, efficiency, and measurable cross-channel lift. The salary range for this role is $125,000–$145,000, with additional incentive pay opportunities. Required Qualifications
- 10+ years in TV/video/audio/display with proven results at scale across multiple partners (CTV/OTT/Linear, online video, digital audio/podcasts, programmatic display)
- Hands-on knowledge of DSP/ad platforms and ad-server workflows; frequency/overlap management; audience/data usage; quality/verification (viewability, IVT, brand safety)
- Ability to connect media to revenue, CAC, LTV, incremental reach/attention; SQL familiarity a plus
- Cross-channel literacy: connect TVAD to Search, Social, Commerce/Retail Media, CRM, and Creative in simple, executive-ready narratives
- Financial acumen: margin/utilization management, capacity planning, reliable forecasting with Finance
- Leadership presence: clear, concise storytelling; expectation setting; confident with senior clients and internal leaders
- KPIs: client outcomes, integrated impact, and measurable lift from cross-channel plans
