Director - TS/MS Dry Products Manufacturing and Commercialization

Director-level technical leadership for dry oral solid drug product manufacturing and commercialization. Leads TS/MS oversight across Product Development, CM&C teams, and manufacturing sites to commercialize new dry solid dose products; apply first principles to define scientific approaches, design rigorous experiments, and improve product/process robustness. Collaborates across Development and Manufacturing to implement appropriate control strategies, supports technology transfers and scale-up, mentors technical resources, and prepares technical and regulatory documentation. Demonstrates deep expertise in OSD unit operations, drives cross-functional collaboration, and influences strategic manufacturing decisions while ensuring regulatory and quality compliance. Role includes leading manufacturing process transfers between Lilly and external sites, evaluating external trends, and delivering network-level improvements. Requires 18+ years in Oral Solid Dose Manufacturing/Development with 5+ years of commercial manufacturing support; strong communication and leadership skills to influence across regions.
