Job Summary
Lead the Global Treasury Services (GTS) team within the Group Treasury function to establish a scalable, robust global operations backbone. Serve as an additional global payment approver in line with payment control processes. Collaborate with Regional Treasurers to ensure operational continuity and resilience, and to prepare and submit banking documentation, support bank reviews, and manage annual bank audit confirmations. Oversee global treasury documentation for standardization and audit readiness, and own global e-banking administration with regular policy-aligned updates.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 10–15 years of relevant treasury/finance experience
- Experience building or leading treasury operations or shared services
- Knowledge of payments, bank connectivity, e-banking, reconciliation
- Experience with internal controls, governance, audit requirements, risk management
- Proficiency with treasury management systems (TMS) and AI tools
- Demonstrated leadership and stakeholder management in multi-region settings
Desired Qualifications

- Experience building, leading, or scaling treasury operations or shared services functions
- Strong understanding of payments, bank connectivity, e-banking, and reconciliation processes
- Knowledge of internal controls, governance frameworks, audit requirements, and operational risk management
- Proficiency with treasury management systems (TMS) and AI tools to enhance efficiency and control
- Demonstrated leadership and stakeholder management in a multi-region environment
