Job Summary
Manage a portfolio of APAC subsidiaries for US HQ Global Commercial Banking clients, delivering integrated treasury solutions across corporate and non-bank financial institution entities. Act as a trusted advisor to key decision-makers, proactively pursuing revenue streams, responding to RFPs, and leading client engagement pitches. Coordinate with implementation teams to ensure smooth service delivery and serve as the senior escalation point for relationship-sensitive issues. Identify cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue growth while maintaining hurdle profitability levels. Mentor junior teammates and complete ad-hoc projects for the Global Commercial Banking business.
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of relevant cash and trade sales or relationship management experience within a top tier international/ regional bank
- Proven track record in managing complex cash and trade deals for multinational corporations
- Knowledge of Corporate Treasury functions
- Strong client engagement skills with an unwavering focus on client satisfaction and growing business
- A team player who understands how to leverage various businesses functions/partners to drive business growth and support global client management and sales teams
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, in English
- Strong presentation skills
- Strong inter-personal and organizational skills
- Able to successfully develop and maintain collaborative working relationships
- Willing to travel cross-region and within APAC
- Strong OA and AI skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Copilot, Salesforce, etc)
Desired Qualifications
- B.S. or B.A. in finance, accounting, management, or another undergraduate degree
- Certified Treasury Professional Certification (CTP) or equivalent
- International Cash Management, Card Solutions, and/or Trade & Supply Chain Finance experience
- Experience dealing with Non-Bank Financial Institutions
