Job Summary
Director overseeing treasury and cash management functions within UCF Advancement & Partnerships. Responsible for liquidity planning, bank relationships, treasury operations (wire transfers, ACH, reconciliations), endowment management, policy development, risk management, and reporting to support donor stewardship and institutional goals. Leads development of cash flow forecasts, investment reporting, and endowment accounting coordination; ensures compliance with donor restrictions, UPMIFA and internal controls; collaborates with external auditors and the Investment Committee. Emphasizes policy documentation, training, and cross-department collaboration; requires 8+ years of relevant experience including 3+ years in leadership, and a Bachelor's or Master’s degree. Preferred qualifications include advanced finance-related degrees and certifications, experience in treasury and investment operations in higher education or nonprofit sectors, and familiarity with Workday/Banner/Oracle. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree
- 8+ years of relevant work experience including 3+ years of leadership experience
- Experience with treasury operations (banking, cash management, wire transfers, ACH)
- Experience developing and implementing treasury policies and procedures
- Knowledge of endowment management and donor stewardship
- Strong cash flow forecasting and financial modeling skills
- Familiarity with ERP systems (Workday, Banner, Oracle)
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work across departments and external partners
- CP T / CFA / CPA certifications (preferred)
- UCF affiliation or familiarity with higher education/nonprofit treasury practices
