Job Summary
Diagnose pain points in the physician-to-MDVIP transition experience using patient and physician feedback to refine messaging and channel strategy. Review existing marketing materials, prioritize enhancements, and adapt content for underperforming cohorts to boost engagement and conversion rates. Reinforce the value proposition across email, direct mail, text, and in-office conversations while partnering with affiliated physicians to pressure-test authenticity. Establish and report on channel performance metrics to senior leadership, translating findings into revised messaging frameworks. Stay current on healthcare marketing trends and consumer communication standards to keep the playbook ahead of patient expectations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- At least twelve (12) years of professional experience
- At least seven (7) years in marketing or other customer-facing roles
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage a prioritized pipeline of strategic opportunities using a combination of data and frontline input
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree in Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or MBA
- Background in membership or subscription-based business models
- Experience marketing to physicians or within private practice settings
- Knowledge of physician and patient pain points around transitioning from a traditional to a membership-based practice model
- Experience with marketing analytics or attribution tools
- Track record of identifying and acting on opportunities with minimal oversight, in an ambiguous or fast-changing environment
- Understanding of healthcare compliance considerations (HIPAA, TCPA) for patient-facing outreach
