Director, Transformation Office - AI Next Frontier in Pharma Commercialization will lead the strategy and execution of enterprise AI initiatives across NA Pharmaceuticals’ Commercialization functions (Marketing, Patient Support, Commercial Operations) with a focus on embedding AI into field workflows. The role stands up the AI Next Frontier Transformation Office, establishes governance and decision-making frameworks, drives adoption of AI Digital Assistants and Intelligent Orchestration, aligns AI initiatives across omnichannel marketing, patient support, commercial operations and field enablement, and partners with IT, data, and CRM platforms to ensure scalable, compliant solutions and real-world usability. The position is based in Titusville, NJ or Horsham, PA with travel as needed and requires success in delivering a roadmap, prioritizing initiatives, and translating business priorities into actionable AI use cases that generate measurable business impact.
