Job Summary
Director Transcend Technology Finance leads the Transcend Finance technology team within the Innovative Medicine program, owning the integrated Finance capability roadmap, governance, and end-to-end solution design for SAP S/4HANA and related ERP intercompany functionality. The role shapes and delivers standardized, scalable finance technology across Plan, Make, Source, Deliver, and Finance, partners with SAP and capability experts, drives agile delivery and continuous improvement, and manages a global team of 10+ product analysts and 20+ consultants. Key responsibilities include roadmap definition, backlog prioritization, solutioning across intercompany finance, and ensuring compliance (SOX/GxP) while coordinating with cross-functional leaders to enable enterprise-wide financial transformation. The preferred locations are Titusville, NJ or Zug, CH, with potential postings across countries; travel up to 10% is anticipated.
Required Qualifications
- Required Minimum Education: Degree in Finance
- Minimum of 15 years of dynamic leadership experience in program and people management roles within Operations, Supply Chain, or large-scale transformation programs
- Minimum of 10 years of Supply Chain Technology experience
- Minimum of 5 years of ERP platform experience in the healthcare or health services industry
- Strong knowledge of SAP ERP integration across Production Planning, Materials Management, Sales & Distribution, Financial Accounting, and the broader ERP ecosystem
- Applied knowledge of S/4HANA is preferred
- Experience with Agile methodologies and a strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle Management
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional, global teams and partnerships
- Ability to travel up to 10% domestically and internationally
- SOX and GxP compliance familiarity
