Job Summary
Transcend Product Leader Finance for IM Transcend at Johnson & Johnson. Lead the Finance technology team across a global transformation program to standardize core transactional processes, deliver an integrated Finance capability roadmap, and drive end-to-end Intercompany design within S4 ERP. Responsible for governance, delivery, and optimization of ERP Intercompany and related finance capabilities, partnering with SAP, CFIN, and business leaders to enable scalable, compliant finance solutions. Requires 15+ years of leadership in program/people management, 10+ years in Supply Chain Technology, 5+ years ERP experience in healthcare, deep SAP/ERP expertise, SOX/GxP knowledge, and a strong track record delivering global, cross-functional initiatives with Agile practices.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Finance
- 15+ years of dynamic leadership experience in program and people management within Operations, Supply Chain, or large-scale transformation programs
- 10+ years of Supply Chain Technology experience
- 5+ years of ERP platform experience in the healthcare or health services industry
- Strong knowledge of SAP ERP integration across Production Planning, Materials Management, Sales & Distribution, Financial Accounting, and the broader ERP ecosystem
- Applied knowledge of S/4HANA (preferred)
- Understanding end-to-end business process linkages across Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, Finance and Master Data
- Experience in pharmaceuticals or healthcare industry with knowledge of SOX and GxP compliance requirements
- Experience with Agile methodologies and SDLC documentation requirements
