Job Summary
Transcend Product Leader Finance at Johnson & Johnson leads the ERP/Finance technology strategy for the IM Transcend program, owning the vision and roadmap for integrated Finance capabilities (Plan, Make, Source, Deliver, and Finance). Responsible for architecture, intercompany design (S4/ERP), and end-to-end solution delivery, partnering with SAP and capability experts, guiding a global team of 10+ analysts and 20+ consultants, and driving standardized finance processes, governance, and continuous improvement across multiple deployments. Requires strong leadership, talent development, cross-functional influence, and deep SAP/S4HANA ERP experience in healthcare/pharma contexts with SOX/GxP compliance and Agile delivery practices.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Finance
- Minimum of 15 years of dynamic leadership experience in program and people management within Operations, Supply Chain, or large-scale transformation programs
- Minimum of 10 years of Supply Chain Technology experience
- Minimum of 5 years of ERP platform experience in the healthcare or health services industry
- Strong knowledge of SAP ERP integration across Production Planning, Materials Management, Sales & Distribution, Financial Accounting, and the broader ERP ecosystem
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA is preferred
- Understanding of end-to-end business process linkages across Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, Finance and Master Data
- Experience in the pharmaceuticals or healthcare industry with knowledge of SOX and GxP compliance requirements
- Experience with Agile methodologies and Software Development Lifecycle Management including documentation requirements
- Demonstrated leadership ability in a global environment and cross-functional collaboration
- Strong problem-solving skills and a continuous learning mindset
