Job Summary
Originate new business opportunities and develop trusted client relationships for hotel transactions across Australia. Lead hotel sales campaigns and provide strategic advice to owners, investors, and operators within the national Hotels platform. This role involves working directly with the Head of Hotels to drive growth in one of Australia's most active investment sectors. You will gain exposure to market-leading clients and a highly collaborative team environment spanning capital and middle markets, asset management, and advisory services.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in Commercial Property, Hotels, Capital Markets, investment sales, brokerage or a related advisory discipline
- Strong business development and relationship management capability
- Demonstrated commercial acumen and a genuine interest in the hotel & tourism sector
- Established industry networks and market credibility
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation capabilities
Desired Qualifications
- You may already be acting in a Director capacity presently, alternatively you may be a high-performing Associate Director or Manager ready to step into a broader role with scale and backing
