Job Summary
Lead global compensation architecture, benefits design, and AI-driven HR transformation. Architect and govern compensation frameworks (including executive pay, equity strategy, geographic differentials, and incentive plans) across private and public life cycles; partner with the Chief People Officer and Compensation Partner to prepare board materials for the Compensation Committee; design scalable pay scales, ensure pay equity, and maintain regulatory alignment. Design and deploy innovative health, wellness, and employee experience benefits; drive AI-enabled automation across People Operations, including data collection, validation, and statutory filings; apply predictive analytics to attrition and salary planning; communicate complex data-driven narratives to executives and the workforce.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, with at least 8+ years focused within Total Rewards (Compensation & Benefits) design and execution
- Corporate life-cycle exposure across venture-backed private, pre-IPO, and public markets with SEC/SOX compliance
- Global footprint management across geographies including visa constraints and international benefit compliance
- AI & technology fluency with hands-on experimentation or implementation in AI automation and enterprise HCM data architectures (e.g., Bamboo, Paycor, Radford/Aon)
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, Economics, Mathematics, Finance, or related quantitative field
- Annual salary range noted: $180,000 - $240,000
