Job Summary
Director – Total Rewards responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive total rewards strategy aligned with business objectives. Lead design and management of compensation and benefits programs (salary structures, merit cycles, health and welfare, vendor partnerships), conduct market research and benchmarking, collaborate with HR and business leaders to administer reward programs, manage budgets, and oversee two Total Rewards team members. Requires 6+ years in total rewards/benefits with leadership, certifications in compensation/benefits/HR (CEBS, CCP, CPSP, QKA, SHRM-CP), strong regulatory knowledge, HR systems experience, and ability to influence executive audiences. Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in total rewards or benefits, with leadership experience
- Certification in compensation, benefits and/or HR (e.g., CEBS, CCP, CPSP, QKA, SHRM-CP)
- Proven track record developing and implementing total rewards programs
- Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits laws, regulations, and best practices
- Experience with HR systems and benefits software
- Demonstrated ability to engage with and influence executive audiences
- Exempt classification
- Ability to work in a hybrid role with at least one day onsite
- No U.S. work sponsorship provided by employer
