Director - Title I and Family Engagement II

Director of Title I and Family Engagement II responsible for leading Title I and family engagement efforts across schools, ensuring compliance with Title I/state/local regulations, and providing advocacy and support to parents, families, and staff. Oversees Title I components including Schoolwide programs, Parent and Family Engagement, Equitable Services, and budgetary practices; coordinates evaluation, reporting, and program improvements; collaborates with Judy Center Early Learning Hubs and early childhood programs; prepares and submits reports, supports grant-related activities, and leads professional development for staff to strengthen family and community engagement. Requires strong leadership, strategic planning, confidentiality, effective communication, and knowledge of Title I and related regulations. Requires Administrator endorsement and several years of principal experience. Exempt, twelve-month expectations with time-and-effort reporting capacity.
