Job Summary
Lead and direct all ticket operations for D.C. United, DC Power FC, and Audi Field Events, managing event creation, inventory, renewals, and payment plans. Oversee box office operations, access control systems, and manifest management while supporting venue tenants like Washington Spirit and DC Defenders. Serve as the primary liaison between Ticket Sales leadership, venue management, and external partners, utilizing the Ticketmaster suite to troubleshoot system issues and execute operational builds. Manage inventory distribution, pricing, and product quality control, and lead recurring training sessions for the ticketing department. Assist Finance in event reconciliation and form data capture processes. Work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays based on the season's schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of ticket operations experience
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Must be available to work events in evenings, weekends and holidays as necessary
- Must be able to successfully pass a background check
Desired Qualifications
- Ticketmaster Archtics experience
- Project Management Software (Asana) experience
- Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience using Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Excellent time management, leadership, organization and customer service skills
- Spanish
