Job Summary
Director-level responsibility to lead the Thought Leader Liaison team for Multiple Myeloma, shaping and executing an external expert engagement strategy that informs leadership and brand decisions. Builds capability and accountability within the TL team, coaches speakers for brand alignment, and leads national and regional advisory boards and cross-functional collaborations with brand, medical affairs, legal, compliance, and managed care. Responsible for developing regional and national TL strategies, identifying and developing TLs, and ensuring compliant, measurable engagement activities that expand the external expert base. Requires leadership experience, strong presentation and interpersonal skills, and a track record of building external expert strategies within hematology/oncology; travel regularly as part of broader cross-functional engagement. Role can be remotely based within the US.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Master’s degree preferred
- Minimum 3 years leadership experience preferred
- Experience in oncology/hematology
- Strong presentation, interpersonal, collaboration and data discussion skills
