Job Summary
Director, Testing & Reporting Services (TRS) leads a production team supporting annual compliance for WI defined contribution plans, partnering with Client Relationship Management and Administrators to ensure ERISA/DOL/IRS compliance. Oversees TRS services including PYES, Form 5500, ECATs, NDT, and related reporting via Plan Sponsor Webstation; responsible for meeting regulatory deadlines, SLAs, and client satisfaction while fostering associate engagement and development. Must demonstrate leadership, mentorship, change influence, and strong communication to guide a high-volume, deadline-driven operations function in a regulated retirement-services environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 8+ years’ experience managing operations teams
- Strong understanding of defined contribution plan ERISA, DOL and IRS regulations
- Demonstrated leadership and professional growth
- Mentorship, innovation and problem-solving
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to form and clearly communicate vision and purpose, and influence the adoption of change
- Experience leading a high-volume, deadline-driven operations team in a regulatory environment
- Experience managing to KPIs (Key Process Indicators)
