Job Summary
As Director of Product Manager for Real Estate Domain Data Products, lead the roadmap and backlog to support property management, leasing, research, and capital markets. Collaborate with brokers, client management teams, and business line leaders to understand workflows and data needs. Partner with engineering, program management, and leadership to articulate a clear vision for data products that serve real estate professionals. Leverage Agile methodologies to deliver incremental value across the organization.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years in commercial real estate with exposure to property management, leasing, research, and/or capital markets
- Experience in data product management and translating business needs into technical requirements
- Knowledge of data modeling, SQL, and data analytics tools
- Strong understanding of how real estate professionals use data in daily workflows and client interactions
- Excellent communication and collaboration across large organizations
- Ability to define and prioritize a product roadmap and backlog in partnership with data teams and business stakeholders
