Job Summary
Director overseeing Group-wide technology strategy and innovation to transform IT into a scalable, business-enabling capability. Lead digitisation and transformation programs across hospitality/operations, drive governance, cybersecurity, data analytics, and enterprise integration. Champion ROI-driven technology deployments, vendor negotiations, and cross-functional collaboration; prepare board-level business cases and investment proposals; mentor technology teams to deliver scalable platforms and ensure service continuity across all operating entities. The role emphasizes aligning technology with growth, customer experience, operational resilience, and competitive advantage for a multi-site group.
Required Qualifications
- 10–15+ years progressive technology leadership experience
- preferably across multi-site operations (hospitality/F&B/catering exposure highly advantageous)
- Demonstrated delivery of digitisation and transformation programs with measurable business outcomes
- Strong commercial and governance mindset (business cases, vendor negotiations, risk management)
- Working knowledge of cybersecurity and enterprise architecture
- strong stakeholder leadership—able to translate technology into practical operational and commercial impact
- Strategic thinking with hands-on execution discipline
- Skilled in structured problem solving
- Strong communication skills (Board-ready)
