Job Summary
Director, Technology & Digital Services lead IT Operations, Business Systems, and IT Service Delivery for FEAM Aero, owning corporate infrastructure, cybersecurity, service delivery, and key platforms (notably Workday and Quantum Control) across 1,500+ users and 30+ locations. Accountable for translating CIO strategy into measurable operational outcomes, driving modernization, adoption, and governance while ensuring availability, performance, and resilience. Oversees Workday (HCM & Financials), system integrations, data flows, automation, vendor relationships, and service metrics; champions change management and training to maximize value.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience spanning infrastructure, cybersecurity, business systems, service delivery, and project execution
- Proven ownership of business platforms such as Workday (required), ERP/MRO systems (preferred), and ITSM tools
- Strong background in cloud and hybrid environments, cybersecurity operations, and vendor management
- Experience operating in a distributed, operationally critical environment
- Demonstrated ability to balance operational stability with transformation and adoption
- Strong leadership, communication, and execution discipline
- Success in this role looks like technology initiatives delivered on time, secure and scalable services, and strong adoption of platforms like Workday and Quantum Control
