Job Summary
Lead strategy, delivery and operational support of enterprise employee technology solutions, overseeing the full lifecycle from roadmap through production operations. Responsibilities include driving release planning and change management, ensuring architectural and regulatory compliance, managing production incidents and service delivery, leading vendor relationships and SLAs, and guiding budget planning and organizational development. Requires 7-10+ years in technology delivery/operations, 3-5+ years of leadership, a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience), strong communication for non-technical audiences, ITIL/SDLC alignment, and a track record of delivering reliable, cost-effective solutions in a large financial services environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS or related field; or equivalent work experience
- 7-10+ years experience in delivery and operations of technology products/services
- 3-5+ years of leadership experience
- 2-3+ years of experience managing budgets
