Job Summary
Lead and direct large, high-performance technology teams responsible for strategy, architecture, and delivery of wireless and wireline software platforms and AI-driven software solutions. Drive technology strategy, architecture, and delivery across software design, delivery, systems architecture, and technical operations; oversee full SDLC for secure, high-quality solutions; advance adoption of AI, advanced analytics, and agentic workflows; partner with business stakeholders to translate needs into roadmaps and prioritized initiatives; manage complex programs including budgeting, resource planning, and vendor coordination. Bring a strong background in modern software engineering practices, architecture, and delivery models with hands-on AI/ML experience, and a proven ability to influence hiring and compensation decisions while operating in large, enterprise environments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science desired
- 10+ years of related experience in technology leadership, software engineering, or enterprise IT roles
- Experience leading enterprise software platforms and large-scale application development initiatives
- Hands-on experience with artificial intelligence, machine learning, agentic workflows or advanced analytics solutions
- Experience coordinating with vendors, consultants, and cross-functional technology teams
- Demonstrated success leading large organizations, including direct supervision of managers and senior professionals
- Proven ability to design and execute technology strategies aligned with enterprise goals
