Job Summary
Alliance Management Director leads the alliance for one or more suppliers within outsourcing models, ensuring supplier delivery aligns with contract and customer needs. Responsible for governance of supplier/models, risk identification and escalation, driving operational issue resolution, and leading governance meetings. Develops and tracks metrics/SLAs, ensures visibility of supplier performance, and fosters strong external partnerships. Works with cross-functional teams to maintain interface processes, may coach junior team members, and supports or leads strategic initiatives within Alliance Management. Requires university degree and extensive experience in pharma/clinical research, with strong leadership, collaboration, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills. The role is based in Barcelona, Spain with a hybrid work arrangement (3 days in office, 2 days remote) and involves in-person engagement as part of delivery and governance activities.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in related field, or equivalent
- Strong experience within pharmaceutical industry or clinical research organization
