Director, Technical Services EMEA

Director of Technical Services EMEA leads strategy and execution of technical services across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, supervising a dispersed team and coordinating with the VP of Global Services. Responsibilities include shaping data migration strategies, building deployment tools/models for the FreeBalance Accountability Suite, collaborating with R&D and consultants to design interfaces and training curricula, overseeing day-to-day team operations, coordinating with project managers on system rollout for decentralized operations, managing the EMEA operations and maintenance team, developing scalable deployment models for data centres and disaster recovery, ensuring quality and timely customer deliveries, and traveling internationally as required. Key skills include project management, leadership of globally distributed teams, stakeholder communication, proficiency with open-source components (Tomcat, BIRT) and databases (MS SQL, Oracle) on Windows, experience with OKRs, and PMI and other IT certifications, plus strong English communication and ability to travel.
