Job Summary
Lead and mentor a team of 2–4 TPMs, defining the operating model for program governance, staffing, and escalation. Own end-to-end execution strategy for complex, cross-functional initiatives, enforcing frameworks for scope, milestones, and risk registers. Act as the senior TPM voice to the CTO and SVP of Engineering, communicating program health and resolving high-stakes blockers. Drive the shift to scalable program infrastructure using AI tools, championing Agile and SAFe practices while ensuring regulatory compliance. Partner with Engineering, Product, and Data Science leadership to align roadmaps with business priorities.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technical program management
- at least 5+ years in a senior or lead TPM role
- Demonstrated experience managing and developing a team of TPMs
- Deep domain expertise in ad tech
- Proven track record operating as a peer to VPs and Sr. Directors
- Expertise in Agile, Scrum, and SAFe methodologies
- Strong command of program governance
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
- Experience managing programs that span regulatory or compliance constraints
- Background in software engineering, computer science, or a related technical field
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms, big data technologies, and/or real-time data pipeline infrastructure
- Familiarity with ACR (Automatic Content Recognition), connected TV data, or OEM-level data collection
- Experience managing TPM functions during periods of rapid organizational growth, M&A integration, or geographic expansion
- MBA or advanced technical degree

- Use of AI tools and skills for acceleration of automations from the perspective of TPM artifacts

- Prior hands-on engineering experience
