Director, Technical Program Management

Job Summary
Lead a global team of Technical Program Managers to conceptualize, rationalize, and drive multiple simultaneous engineering programs from inception to completion. Proactively manage end-to-end delivery by operating between teams and architectures to remove blocking issues, while overseeing feature standardization, ALM data quality, and queue health. Drive decisions based on metrics such as throughput, lead time, and cycle time, and sequence features based on business priorities. Facilitate daily standups, backlog grooming, and inspect-and-adapt meetings, protecting the team from unauthorized intake sources. Establish and communicate SLAs by service offerings, remove impediments, and continuously raise the delivery bar through rigorous inspection of execution metrics and risks.

- Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of the information being accessed
- Report any suspected information security violation or breach
- Complete all periodic mandatory security trainings in accordance with Mastercard's guidelines
