Job Summary
Lead TPM for Capital One's Global Payment Network, driving architectural alignment, technical strategy, and execution of large-scale, data-intensive distributed systems. Manage and grow TPM teams, collaborate across product, engineering, design, and data science to deliver on critical business goals and secure commitments on deliverables. Requires strong technical background in scalable platforms, cloud (AWS), cross-functional leadership, and the ability to simplify complex technical decisions in a regulated financial environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- MBA or Master’s Degree or equivalent experience
- 7+ years experience in managing technical programs
- 3+ years designing and building data-intensive solutions using distributed computing
- 3+ years experience in building distributed systems & highly available services using cloud computing (AWS)
- 3+ years experience with Agile delivery
- 3+ years delivering large and complex programs with cross-functional teams
- Experience in regulated environments
- 5+ business days to accept applications
