Job Summary
Lead technology strategy and governance for up to three higher education institutions, acting as the primary account leader to align institutional priorities with scalable solutions. Partner with CIOs and stakeholders to define project scope, resource plans, and budgets while overseeing the IT portfolio for delivery progress and expectation management. Facilitate steering committee processes, conduct quarterly business reviews, and manage account profitability through budget development and financial analysis. Identify upsell opportunities, mentor junior team members, and drive continuous process improvements while adhering to information security policies. Report on technology plans and account performance to management, ensuring alignment with Collegis Education's managed services goals.
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role interfacing with executive stakeholders, driving customer technical implementation, or leading transformation programs
- At least 10 years of IT professional experience
- At least 2 years of direct staff management or leadership experience
- Understanding of at least one of the following areas: IT operations, database systems, networking, IT security, application or integration development, service architecture, or hosting services
