Job Summary
Own the quality bar on the concierge platform by triaging production issues at startup pace, running end-to-end validation before new product ships, and documenting integrations so internal teams self-serve. Trace conversations across in-app, SDK, SMS, and voice channels to explain breakage points, then build durable intake processes that turn recurring partner requests into scalable implementation patterns. Partner with Product and Engineering on test plans, monitor agent behavior post-deployment, and present complex integration concepts to leadership and external partners. Serve as the definitive expert on APIs, agent tooling, and the configuration layer for the AI concierge platform used by millions.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in technical integrations, solutions engineering, solutions architecture, or technical program/product roles
- Deep comfort with APIs, event-driven systems, and complex multi-service integrations
- Ability to explain technical systems clearly to both engineers and executives
- Ability to map complex workflows and identify root causes across technical, operational, and business processes
- Base knowledge of SQL
- Real proficiency using AI tools to validate information and resolve integration issues quickly
- Strong track record of troubleshooting production issues and driving cross-team solutions through completion
- Product sense sharp enough to QA effectively
- Comfort moving between technical implementation discussions, product strategy conversations, and executive-level stakeholder meetings
- Treats internal teams as first-class customers
- Thrives in a fast-moving startup environment
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with AI, LLM, or conversational systems and the products built on them
- GCP familiarity and an understanding of microservices architecture
- Background in loyalty, rewards, hospitality, fintech, travel, or other partner-driven ecosystems
