Job Summary
Lead the development and execution of operational and technical training initiatives for EGA across UAE, overseeing a comprehensive training curriculum for operational and technical skill development, managing a multi-site training program with a large cadre of trainees, and driving alignment with safety, quality, and environmental standards. Drive regulatory compliance with authorities such as KHDA and ACTVET, design and implement Industry 4.0–enabled training tools (AR/VR/MR and simulators), lead the On-Job Excellence program with a team of coaches, and oversee budgeting (approximately US$4–5M) and collaboration with EHS, Emiratisation, Recruitment, and Workforce Planning teams. Manage recruitment, deployment, and development of approximately 150 employees and around 180 National Trainees, ensuring career pathways and regular leadership engagement. Demonstrate strong leadership, coaching, relationship-building, problem solving, and strategic planning in a large, cross-functional training organization.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferably in Human Resources, Business Management or Engineering. Approved qualification in training design and delivery is preferable.
- Minimum Experience: 10-12 years relevant experience in operations and technical training and development including at least 3 years in positions of progressively increasing managerial responsibilities.
