Director, Tax & Treasury

Director, Tax & Treasury to lead global Tax and Treasury functions with a focus on U.S. federal/state/local taxes, indirect tax, transfer pricing, and cross-border structuring, while elevating cash management, forecasting, banking, and equity administration. Role requires partnering with external advisors, leading tax provision and compliance, managing international expansion, and building scalable treasury processes using NetSuite and Ramp. Senior leadership responsibilities include mentoring a team, aligning Tax and Treasury with strategic business decisions, and communicating complex analysis to executives and the Board. Compensation includes a base salary of $175k-$200k plus a 15% bonus potential; global exposure across retail and omnichannel operations (CPG/DTC) with benefits like private health insurance, retirement planning, and fertility-support programs.
