Director Tax Financial Services (FS Tax Lead)

Lead the FS tax practice by advising on sector-specific challenges including investment fund issues, operational tax domains (FATCA, CRS), and insurer problematics (Solvency II). Coordinate on broader client questions such as the Wet DBA while ensuring quality and sector-specific positioning for RFPs and new opportunities. Collaborate internally with Audit and Risk Advisory teams to build a national operating team, driving commercial initiatives with high content quality. Contribute to the external BDO profile through thought leadership via publications, events, and industry working groups. This role requires approximately ten years of fiscalist experience, a master's diploma in Fiscal Law or Fiscal Economics, and NOB membership, with a salary commensurate with experience and 22 vacation days.
